How does syncing work?
LastPlace syncs your rooms, items, and checklists privately through your own iCloud account. Make sure you're signed into iCloud on each device and that LastPlace has iCloud access enabled in the Settings app, under your Apple ID → iCloud.
Family Find isn't showing items on the other person's device.
Family Find invites have to be sent using the Mail or Messages option inside the share sheet, addressed to that specific person — a copied link on its own won't register them as a participant. Make sure the invited person opens the invite from within Mail or Messages (not pasted into a browser), and that they're signed into a different Apple ID than the one sharing.
Can I delete everything I've saved?
Yes — go to Settings → Data Management → Delete All Data. This permanently removes every room, item, checklist, and photo. This can't be undone.
Does LastPlace work without an internet connection?
Yes. Rooms and items you add while offline are saved locally and sync automatically once you're back online.
